In the fall of 2021, Vicky and Sydney Schultz discussed trying to make the Region 9 YR team. It was an ambitious goal since Sydney had only been focused on eventing and had not yet even shown beyond First Level. BUT Vicky had trained the horse and possessed the ability to coach to this level. Fast forward to the summer of 2022 and here is the Region 9/3 team in Traverse City, Michigan winning the GOLD medal. To say this achievement was beyond our wildest dreams is truly an understatement. But it happened - and we could not have been prouder or happier. Enjoy the following photos from our experience.
